I’ve been experiencing a dry cough for almost 2 years after having Covid twice, pneumonia and various URIs..I’ve tried every over-the counter medication to no avail. I do have silent reflux, but those medications do nothing for the cough...After consulting with my ENT he recommended ami, but I am so fearful in taking any medications like this, I’m out of options..
The side effects so worry me as well as eventually weaning off of them..
My dr. Apparently uses ami for his migraines..
Not sure what to do at this point..It has become beyond a nuisance and people look at me as if I have the plague.
