Thank you cindisue. Ambien had too many side effects for me and several others didn’t help. I am taking Lunesta which helps some. I also take Gabapentin which is good but also has side effects. Too bad that the needs of the patient sometimes take 2nd place to the need health care professionals feel to follow fimpractical rules.'

@toren123, yes.. it's almost a crime that doctors don't put the patients needs first, and NOT punish someone who has never abused the medication they are on. You should still be prescribed the Temazepam as long as it was working for you and you were not abusing it. I would switch doctors and try and convince another doctor to put you back on Temazepam.
