@eogabithmio my physio layed me on a massage table on my back and touched the two bones from the hip that stick out from the front of the hips, just above the thighs. Then she gave me the mental cue to isolate muscles to try and pull those two hip bone points in toward my lower spine. She used her hands pushing in to feel what muscles I was using. She corrected me a few times before I got it right. Once I learned to do this I engaged these muscles for 10 seconds three times a day. And my back problem was healed. But every once in a while I’ll get a sharp pain and do the exercises to engage those muscles a few times and it’s gone.
Their muscles some of us don’t use through poor posture habits. And she basically taught me how to exercise them.
