If you look at my previous posts on prolia and actonel you will see what I suffered from both. At least I got off Prolia after 6 months- I had terrible pain in the front areas of my legs and a huge cracking noise in the joint. Of course the Drs. don't say much about this. I had a severe esophagus issue with actonel- could not swallow and to this day after being off it for a year I still have issues. I will not be taking anything else- just taking supplements - exercising weight bearing and being careful not to fall.
