Hello @andries240644, welcome. It sounds like the immunotherapy must have been successful in treating your cancer, and hopefully with minimal side effects. Changing or stopping treatments can certainly be worrisome.
What stage was your cancer found?
I believe @trudyhs has MET exon 14 skipping, and @hatterasj10202 recently posted about MET ex14 skipping too: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/therapy-for-metx14skipping-altetation/

2 Reactions@lls8000 Hello, yes, I was diagnosed with multifocal NSCLC almost 6years ago. After two surgeries, four rounds of chemotherapy in 2020 plus SBRT on one nodule I am now NED.
I attribute my success to an integrated approach to cancer treatment, using both medical and leaning heavily into naturopathic treatments as well. High dose vitamin C, plus mistletoe infusions, along with low-dose naltrexone I believe has also played a significant role in bringing me to this place.
I wish you all the best.

I have the same mutation with no PDL-1.
Have had two courses of Tepmetko with major resolution of many lesions.
The side effect profile has prevented continued therapy with this drug. 76.% of patients discontinued drug due to severe edema. As I had and lymphedema which was intractable and took 2-3 months to resolve. I had no other side effects and shall try to send photos with severe edema and resolution.
I am off to Mayo Clinic for their wisdom with is drug. I may take it again in an off label dosing.
Be strong!
