@worthy I want to get off it to, been on it for over 6 years for sleeping only, 1 mg. did stop but going with withdrawals

@worthy No, I was on it for a couple of decades and it began to affect my nerves in a very negative way. My Psychiatrist helped me get off of the benzodiazepines & it was like getting off 40 years of Alcohol. We did it though. The damage and the seizures were not worth it. Please, You can do it…
