Hello. I am a 78 year old male and just diagnosed with CML. I started dasatinib 100 mg on 11/1/25 and appreciate all your comments and posts on this website concerning CML and meds. Thank you and I look forward to following you all.

@crop, how are you doing? How is treatment with dasatinib (Sprycel) going?

@crop Hello! I am a 73 year old female diagnosed with CML in July of this year. What a shock! Initially my white blood cells and platelets were very elevated as well as basinophils. I was started on Hydroxyurea to lower those numbers and responded very well. On
Oct 7 I started taking Danziten, initially half dose. Am currently in 75% dose. Bloodwork will be done 10/14 with office visit 10/21. We will see then how effective the TKI has been. Hoping for good news.
