I don't think you have to worry about using that cream. Most of them are fairly useless when it comes to helping neuropathy, especially for burning feet. I've tried Mama Bear Oasis, 5% lidocaine and Diclofenac K(Voltaren). None of them even touched my burning feet. Finding a comfortable shoe is likely a better option. Orthofeet are nice to walk in.
