@cj16 thanks for your help! I’m trying to figure out other things to eat because I’m already getting tired of the same stuff I’m eating every day. Today is actually the first day. I am not in so much pain so I’m hoping I’m turning a corner. But I do know things change every day. I read affirmations to help me stay positive.
