One thing I use is DMSO there is a brand on Amazon that is not\nHave such a strong smell.
I use a little caster oil with that drench it in Your area with that let it dry.Sometimes I'll open up motrin gel capsules because the DMSO helps with it penetrating through your skin.I've used it for years off and on.
