@12ty I received radiation for my enlargement of the spleen. Four months later, I am having to do it again. I have CML. I also have other medical problems, but I did receive the radiation treatment for my CML My BCR /Abl is at 95%. My understanding it’s because my CML is not controlled is the reason why my spleen is enlarging. I hope this information helps you.

From my understanding, low dose radiation may be used to reduce the size of the spleen in certain medical conditions. Whether the treatment is permanent or not may depend on the underlying disease.
Were you recently diagnosed with an enlarged spleen possibly caused by a blood cancer?
