Another thing I remembered is that ejaculation semen has both sugar and protein in it. There is also a phenomenon called retrograde ejaculation, where when you ejaculate, the semen goes backwards, into your bladder instead of out the penis opening.

If there were semen in your urine due to retrograde ejaculation or perhaps in your urethra just prior to peeing, that could possibly cause foaming.
