Anyone try LLLT red light therapy for helping with PN?
LLLT red light therapy has been good for me to reduce inflammation caused by injury, strain, etc. just ordered pads for my feet, anticipating help from 630 nanometer and 810 to 850 nm wave links

Hello -- Has your 'red light' unit work for you?
This therapy is not the same as red light therapy. It is called "Near infrared light" therapy, not because the light is red, but because the wave lenght is near the wavelength of Infra red light. The light used in the NIR therapy is actually invisible to the naked eye. You cannot see it.
Hi All
Does LLLT help at all with sensory small fibre neuropathy and if it does what’s the best type to buy for home use.
Thank you Alan

Have you done any research or comparisons for laser therapy for neuropathy?
I used red light therapy for my feet and legs when I first got neuropathy. It seemed to stop the progression. Then, unfortunately, I had to take prednisone for months for another condition and my neuropathy took off. I still use the red light unit and it makes things some better but it has not reversed anything.
