@jackielb atm I'm using Ocufresh prescribed by Dr. Last tube was Viscotears prescribed by Optometrist. Any eye gel that contains Carbomer 0.2%.
I also buy online from Medino as I can't get a prescription when going abroad. It's the cheapest way.
No, you don't need a prescription.

@jackielb an ophthalmologist told me to rub baby shampoo along bottom eyelid. Then rinse off well with water. I still do this occasionally( if I can see oil buildup along lower lashes.)
And I would recommend preservative free drops (with Hyaluronate. )
