The effects this drug seems to have on nearly all the body systems are really mystifying. I take the shot as I go to bed, and that helps avoid feeling most of the palpitations, head rushes, etc. But now I wake up a few hours later with heartburn or nausea HOURS after I last ate (like, 8 hrs.). I try to make that last meal smallish and not greasy, spicy, etc., and have an adjustable bed so I can sleep with my head up, but have had to get up and sleep in a chair, with a bucket beside me in case I barf. I also take antacids at bedtime....no help. The other challenge is the incredible fatigue I have on busier days, in the afternoons. Still have a mild to moderate headache 24/7. Sigh...
