I am watching an interesting interview on You Tube. You cannot post links here so search Mel Robbins for interview. I think diet for health is best but not sure there is "one" for breast cancer but might as well give it a try.
I am just getting started revising my diet. I can do better that in the past.

@colleenyoung OMG, I'm sorry, this is too much hype for me. My friend with ovarian cancer did the surgery then launched into a big naturapathic way to treat it that included just the right foods, mostly vegetables, sat in hyperbaric chambers to kill the cancer (it didn't), lost way too much weight, and was too afraid to go on chemo or even hormone blockers. She prayed a lot. It continued to spread, and she didn't live more than a few years. This lady is just making it sound so easy, if you just do it right.

Glad youre seeing a naturopathic doctor.
If youre up for some reading or watching videos, checkout:
Chris Wark book:
Chris Beat Cancer
Video program: Square Program(cost but worth it. Maybe library would have it)

Thomas Seyfried: https://www.onedaymd.com/2024/12/thomas-seyfried-cancer-treatment.html

Dr Erin Connealy book:
“The Cancer Revolution.” Updated version.

Dr. William Li book :
Eat To Beat the Disease
https://drwilliamli.com/food-doses-how-much-of-each-food-should-you-eat-to-beat-disease/
Thats a good start. Try their youtube videos. Very informative and practical.

Osteoporosis:
Dr John Lee

No disclaimers.
Fascinating information.
Enjoy!

Thanks for those recommendations. I have viewed some of them and especially like Dr. Wm Li. I watched a 2 hour video in which he stated that he initially was a conventional doctor but realized that the conventional way was not the only way to go. He mentioned that the newest technology that has been very effective is immunotherapy. I am going to research what the thoughts were on using that for breast cancer. I thought about doing cryoablation, which is a minimally invasive treatment in which the cancer cells are frozen. I found that the treatment could cost from # 30,000 - $ 80,000. That's incredible!
I am currently reading Dr. Nasha Winters, The Metabolic Approach to Cancer. It is based on Dr. Seyfried's theory. I also watched an interview in which she described how ill she was as a child, and doctors couldn't seem to find a cure for her. She was able to heal herself through diet, etc. She believes that the metabolic approach is the way to go.
I am very interested to hear what approach you are taking in your treatment plan. Knowledge is power!

@newtosc HI - I am starting the 5 treatments in a week and hate the entire situation I find myself in at a healthy 72. I am angry and sad but am reading more about increasing cancer fighting foods in my diet.. Figured it cannot hurt.

Went thru 5 treatments in week also. Few side effects. Very interested in right foods. Thank you.

$30,000 - 80,000?.?
Truly THATS insane.
Listen, all the people you mentioned are GOOD.
Chris Warks Square modules are excellent. Or read Chris beat cancer and RADICAL REMISSION.
I DO believe a whole lifestyle change CAN heal the body.
I believe God created the body to heal itself.
All those people are ON to something.
However, not one solution will work on all.
So, with that said, eat
Chris Warks way.
Eat what Dr Li suggests.
Get your healing from food, green tea, PRAYER, MEDITATION, and exercise.
An inexpensive rebounder is a great option. Exercising CAN change your physiology.
Keep active, have a daily import in a Gratitude Journal.
Your mind will change, and doing all these things will help you and your body,
Let us know how youre doing.
God has you in this.
And as John Piper says “Dont Waste Your Cancer”.
God has a plan for us even with cancer.
Let Him use you
as you seek Him.
May His Grace be upon you.
Youve got a life to live.
Don't let your cancer stop you, arrest you, discourage you or tear you down.
We have a MIGHTY God.
Let Him have His way with you.

I am with you! Sometimes God gives us impossible situations so that we can testify to others about belief in Him. He promises us healing because He loves us and we are His child. Isaiah 54:17 - No weapons formed me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises up against me will be condemned. I have witnessed it many times in my life. He solved impossible situations that I could not solve. Let Him heal you. Trust!
Be well!

A friend who has beaten cancer 3 times suggested Dr Li’s book Eat to Beat Disease and it really made sense to me! I like that he talks more about what healthy foods to ADD to your diet rather than the constant narrative of what not to eat. So much of that is common sense. I believe in moderation in everything. Since my bilateral mastectomy, I started eating healthier, intermittent fasting, walking every day and limit alcohol. I’ve lost 22 lbs, lowered my glucose and A1C and feel great physically and emotionally. Some days I’m lazy, some days I’m sad… but I just keep getting up and doing it!
