OUr bodies makeup is unique to us Im glad when people get a positive outcome but its a crap shot with all drugs especially bone drugs I went with vit. min. more minerals then a regular One a day has in it and remember as we age we lose a lot of our vit min in our body Its best to have a blood count of these to see what you need .
