Are your vibrations like shivering when you’re cold? Mine starts early morning 4-6:00am when awakened from dreaming. Used to be nightmares but now just dreams. Starts in my abdomen and radiates to my upper body and arms shaking and my lip quivers if I don’t try to control it.
My sleep is not bad and is better since I stopped wearing my 🍎 smart watch. I was sure that’s what the culprit was but now the shivers came back last night, but I am sleeping better through the night without it somehow.
I’ve had fairly mild Covid 3 or 4 times and just the first two vaccines. Have hypothyroidism been on meds for decades. I’m 73 and otherwise healthy other than this craziness. Hoping for an answer as it is such a scary feeling.

@jlm53 The vibrations initially started as if a cellphone was on vibrate in the middle of my chest. The frequency of the vibration has slowed since then and the intensity as well. I believe it is related to the number of hours of sleep I get, with more than 8 hours sleep necessary to suppress them. Try taking some naps to catch up on your sleep and see if they go away and let me know.
