If you have these symptoms would love your input.

Been to so many Dr’s, none have a clue.
Seems spike protein has messed me up, serious chronic fatigue, lately skin feels like I had a sunburn, burns and itches. Nothing visable.

Chonic fatigue hits me hard 1-2 days a week. Leaves me utterly exhausted for days, had every test imaginable.

Do others have these symptoms? What are you doing about it? Need some help.

Once again been to so many Dr’s, all types. They know nothing about this condition.

I think a lot of Doctors just don't want to deal with symptoms that are virtually unable to be seen. Then there's those who've studied and based their life on helping others.

I deal with fatigue one to two times a month. It takes me days to feel better. On top of all this I was also diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I have days where every muscle aches but I force myself to keep moving. All this has also led to deep depression. I am doing massage and acupuncture which helps some but when insurance will not pay for alternative therapy I cannot do this as often as I would like to. I have been seen in the Post-Covid clinic near to where I live. The doctor was honest in saying they just don’t know enough about the “whys” behind the symptoms to effectively treat them.

Re your final sentence, I believe the doctors have to just ignore the "whys", as this whole syndrome is still mysterious, and simply treat the symptoms directly as best they can! Try to be assertive in asking for that.

I'm sorry to hear about your Crohn's as that can be very difficult.

Hi. I hate hearing this about you. I Just hate it. Writing about this stuff does help me but ultimately we are all suckers. Western medicine got us into this situation, it will not get us out, they don't want to admit the truth.

This is sad to say but I am on my final leg, balancing life, work, family...while being sick as a dog for 3 full years. As a single-income earner my family is about to fall, and all I can do is watch from this infected body.

Here is my reality, June 2021-present
-Sun-Tue or Mon-Wed, every week since I got the Moderna booster, I've been sick - covid/vax reactivates my depression, suicidal thoughts, my system goes haywire, sweaty, can't control body temp, dilated eyes, pure panic situation, etc.
-I am no longer myself. I've cut off my friends, it's too exhausting to maintain anything, really, much less a relationship. They can't understand what I'm going through
-I've tried more than a few treatments, HBOT, NAD+, nicotine, LDN, plus others. None help reduce my symptoms, thousands of dollars down the drain.
-Money at some point goes dry, I'm at that point.

No one cares, I probably wouldn't either if I was healthy. That's a cold hard fact. I will work to protect my family and then determine how best to live/not live the rest of my life. This is not a temporary problem.

I can't do this any longer.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I know what you mean because my adult kids think this is all in my head. Hang in there because one of these days one of the studies will find solutions. Even though you feel defeated your family needs you and loves you.

Yes. My friend female 73 at the time has had a strong reaction to the 2nd Pfizer shot. Happened within several days of the shot.
It’s now been 4 years of hell for her.
She had fibromyalgia before the shot but was able to gonout shopping, traveling and general stuff like anyone else. Aftern the shot, extreme fatigue, left side of body impacted and cannot walk more than 50 yards and has to stop. Resting for several days gets her energy back but still fatigued and unable to walk well. Trying to find anything to help her.
Doctors just move her around to others and no one seems to care especially rheumatologist.’ Mo one cares or doesn’t have a clue what to do. Research seems to point to spike proteins staying in her body.

For the dry and itchy skin, the only thing that has helped in my 5 year post COVID journey is colloidal oatmeal body cream. I order it on Amazon from Canada. Everything else did not stop the itch. It seems for me, COVID stopped oil production on my skin almost entirely so it is always dry and itchy.

For the chronic fatigue, it is a two pronged approach. You have to pace yourself no matter how good you feel...overdoing your very limited energy on a good day will set you up for possibly days on end of really bad fatigue. And, for me, low dose Naltrexone gives me a little more energy each day and as a side effect, it limits inflammation which brings down my overall pain level. You do start at a very low dose so it will take about three months to see if it works for you but it is well worth the wait!

I had covid five years ago. I became so fatigued that I lost both my jobs. I tried finding Doctors to help but they didn't take me seriously. I findly found a functional Physician who is actually running tests. It is frustrating to keep looking for help when they ignore you.

That sounds hormonal. I've had many of those symptoms since having COVID. After (going on) three years of that - and, oh, so much more - I have adrenal insufficiency. I had to push and push and push for help. I had labs for HRT with low DHEA. That was the first clue for my doctor. He was not interested in the crippling fatigue, panic attacks, sweating, lack of refreshing sleep. I could not stay hydrated. He's been aware for months. I've required IV fluids repeatedly. Finally, he ordered a cortisol lab. Practically non existent cortisol.

Very long story short, I'll see an endocrinologist late next month for more testing to determine the cause of adrenal insufficiency.

My message for you is that those symptoms indicate HPA axis dysregulation which COULD BE from hormones. Whether that's due to COVID, the vaccine, perimenopause, or menopause, I hope this gives you a new avenue to pursue that provides relief.

@drbf

I do not have adrenal insuffiency per the endocrinologist.

Similar story, 3 major medical groups all testing said ‘normal’ but I knew better. Finally turned to Doctors YouTube and Google filtering out the snake oil and chose Dr Bruce Patterson. He and his group have a specialized blood test that for me showed multiple markers slightly or way out of normal bounds. It also measures the presence of spike proteins. Never so happy to be told I was abnormal 🙂

It's so good to hear from other's with similar symptoms -- although I'm so sorry you're living through this!
My only symptom is extreme fatigue -- I do well for several days, feel good and try to accomplish a lot while I have energy and then I CRASH! I then have to "give into it" and rest for several days. Very frustrating! I have been taking LDN 2.5 for about three years. I've tried increasing it but I feel worse. I'm going to stay at 2.5 until this #$%@# virus goes away -- IF it ever goes away! Thank you ALL for sharing!
