Oral Lichen Planus, how are you coping?
I was diagnosed with erosive OLP in May. I have drastically changed my diet and bevergaes. What happens when you get sick like a cold or flu does it cause a flare? How do you keep a strong immune system when its attacking you? Any coping mechanisms, tips , tricks or advise welcome. Also is anyone in a clinical trial?

@zinnia55 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! This disease/headache/problem is pretty common here in Connect.. Have you received any treatment or referrals to specialists like a rheumatologist? They are the ones who mainly treat this disease. Oral surgeons and dermatologists also get involved. You’ll find out more as the members get into this discussion.
