I am 58 and 8 years post menopausal. I started HRT five years ago. It has been life changing in so many ways. The brain fog and fatigue are gone, the menopausal weight went away, and my chronic anxiety decreased. I also started thyroid meds, and take testosterone, estradiol and progesterone.
