I use the ConvaTEC two-piece; the belt has two tabs, as your pictures show. Try asking Byram to send you the ConvaTEC belt.

@weatherguy6 Thanks. It looks like I just received a belt that was assembled incorrectly. Opening the others I received were good enough though the description says they only have one tab.
