Yes! I have it it started with the rash on my arms it was so itchy it was like poison ivy and my skin doctor looked at it and couldn't figure it out it wasn't common rashes then he asked me if I had problems with my neck and I said yes my cervical neck is very bad my discs are wearing thin and the nerves are being pressed and he said that's what it was he told me to use capacian cream. And to stay out of the Sun. However my arms have been doing better even without the cream but my nape of my neck has been getting very itchy and it goes up into the back of my head the whole back of my head behind my ears and all around the back and it can happen sporadically especially from Heat and it's so itchy I don't know what to do I'm not putting cream on my scalp. He looked at it I don't have any scalp skin diseases. It's got to be the same thing and it drives me crazy

My wife has had BRP for a good 20 years. Nothing has helped. Her Dermatologist had suggested Capacian. Since that burns she adds Ebanol - which is a numbing creme. Since the BRP is on many parts of her body she does put both on her scalp. Only thing that helps.
We ahve been to too many Drs, Dermatologists, Allergist, Light rtreatments, -Acupuncture -- nothing has helped but the capacian. Not a cure only temporary relief.
Went to a Neurologists and he totally rejected the "disc" theory. Never heard of such a thing and wrote a nasty letter to the Dermatologist for even suggesting it.
