I can really understand what you are going through. It too took me a long time to be able to move . I finally found a good physio Therapist showing me the right strengthening exercises. Please do not give up, with diligently doing the exercises it will gradually improve. It is hard work. Good luck

Agree. A very good physical therapist should be able to relieve your issues. I had a Superpath procedure and my surgeon had a therapist develop a rehabilitation protocol. I actually used the creator of the protocol as my therapist and I recovered quickly. For whatever it is worth, I am attaching it.

My recall is that I found the massaging of the leg seemed to help the most.
