Depends on what the cause is. If the crystals in the ears need to be reset there is therapy for that it's called the epley maneuver

As a retired P.T. that specialized in diagnosis snd treatment of
vertigo, specifically BPPV (Benign Paroxymal Positionsl Vertigo), there are multiple maneuvers to treat BPPV other than the eply. I suggest finding a P.T. that knows how to test each specific ear canal (anterior, posterior snd horizontal) for the definitive diagnosis of either cupulolithiasis or canalithiasis. Then treat you appropriately. Hope this helps.
