@swim4ever That's rediculus Go to another P.T.group or go on your own to a gym at the gym where my girlfriend went to there are therapist there who helped her pick the right machines plus she takes a complete Vitamin-Mineral every day and swims or water aerobics I should say ,be your own advocate ,you know your body better then anyone ,Don't let anyone tell you ,you can't sorry I got on my soapbox but that isnt right what she said.
