Go to an Independent Insurance Agent and have them present you with options. You may have to be underwritten and depending upon your health issue/s you may or may not get accepted. Good Luck.

I went to the Office of Aging, Lancaster Pennsylvania, and they have a free service to help people pick a Medicare plan. We went over all the options and they sent me home with a list of 5 choices I was interested in. Check if you have an office of aging.
