I made an error in my post above. .y original psa reading of 2 was made in 2000, 25 years ago! It was up to 3 in March 2025 and the GP said she wasn't concerned with that rise over 25 years. Maybe I am getting too worried, but the free psa level today gives me hope for now

The doubling rate for PSA is a concern if it happens within nine months to a year, or even quicker. You are way out of that range.
