Anyone have Squamous cell cancer and where?

I have a lesion on my left side of my face just below my ear. Does surgery help or is there a medical cream I can use to avoid surgery?

I also have Squimish cell carcinoma on my legs. I successfully have MOHS, sometimes they regrow themselves.
I have been getting Libtayo (immunotherapy) for 9 months, it didn't work.
I was recently at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, saw a wonderful oncology group, after going over life's life styles of 74 years.
It was suggested I go with a Chemo therapy pill Capecitabine, that will hopefully start slowing new lesions on my legs.
It has been a long journey for me, and the adventure will continue!

@jeffersrat, have you been diagnosed with squamous cell cancer or are you waiting for an appointment with an oncologist to confirm?

yes i have on my chin. having Mohs on 10/24. mine is superficial invasive squamous. It came on over a few weeks so glad i have the surgery this week.
Mohs is the best treatment because they remove all the cancer and you know that when you leave your appointment vs the other treatments.
ask all your questions to your dr to help

I have been diagnosed in June with Squamous cell carcinoma, it was on my left shoulder. Last month I had a diagnosis of Melanoma on my right shoulder. Today I received another squamous cell diagnosis on my right arm. I am a 7 year ovarian cancer survivor. Don’t know if it is relative.
