Hi, I am fairly new to the Mayo clinic blogs. I came here looking for help for my husband and his red, hive-like bumps that itch pretty much 24/7, although some times worse than others. It started with a few and now 4 months later it has spread to arms, legs, torso front and back, and buttocks. Not so much head, neck or feet. He has tried antihistamines, steroids, prescription creams, many other OTC lotions and creams and now is starting ultra light therapy which is beginning to help. No one here has mentioned Grover's disease. They have a group here on the Mayo Clinic site. People are connecting the dots regarding the vaccines and these very problems....Check it out.

@mahmee,
I'm so sorry for your husband's ordeal with itchy bumps! That must be terrible for him! I'm surprised that the prescription creams didn't work. One thing that could help somewhat is drinking a lot of water. Our skin itches often because it is dry. Also low vitamin A and B12 and vitamin D can cause itchiness too. I'd suggest that you do a Mayo Clinic search for your husband's symptoms. You might get some good suggestions. I hope things get better for him! I will say a prayer for him.

@mahmee sounds like Grover’s Disease. Ask dermatologist to do a punch biopsy
