@bgjcl, how frustrating. It sounds like you have already made several calls to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. If you haven't taken these steps, here's what I suggest:

1. Call the main appointment office in Jacksonville 904-953-0853
They should be able to track down the status of your referral.

2. If you need help with finding something on the patient portal, you can call Mayo Clinic Customer Assistance at 877-858-0398.

3. If you continue to run into obstacles, you can reach someone either at Concierge Services or the Office of Patient Experience:
