@neisie13 Hey, we share your pain and anxiety. Because there is no respite from this thing (apart from being asleep) and the gradual worsening it's hard to fathom just where I/we will end up. Has anyone tried hypnosis? Don't know how/if this might help (perhaps psychosomatic) but have tried everything else so why not. Best wishes.

@bel59 Thank you for responding. Yes, it is so frustrating going from doctor to doctor without an answer. Many have said to just drink more and that will solve it but it is definitely not related to how much I drink. I have thought about acupuncture but not hypnosis. Best wishes to you too!!

@bel59 , I consulted with a psychologist who practices with hypnosis last year. She felt she could help me. I postponed it due to me feeling it was not a good fit for me. I do intend to try it in the future with another provider. It’s worth a try.

Mine still seems slightly better than it used to be last year. I’m not sure if it’s better or if I’m just used to it. Idk, but mine is more tolerable. I hope that brings hope to others.

All the things that relieve symptoms don’t really help the condition. They just make it tolerable for a short while. Just a few moments of relief is a blessing.
