Masturbation at late age
Is it normal for men over 70 (without medical prob;ems) to masturbate? How often? Any adverse effects? Are there natural ways to increase the production of seminal fluid?

Do you take any supplements/vitamins or follow a specific diet?
What about seminal fluid (quantity)?

I do not take any supplements or follow any special diet. I try to eat sensibly, drink lots of water. Avoid alcohol and moderate excercise. I masturbate 3 or 4 times a week on average. I would estimate that my semen during ejaculation is between a teaspoon to a tablespoon on average, depending on my arousal level. Edging a few times will increase my ejaculation amount usually.

David, I hope the change in antidepressant works for you. With any degree of erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation due to an antidepressant is almost guaranteed to end sex or masturbation. With the delay, if I was able to have an erection it didn't last long enough for ejaculation. Effexor and other SSRIs were the worst offenders, but even Wellbutrin/buproprion, which is supposedly not a cause of delay, caused me to have delay problems.
