There are many components in soil. That could be chemicals, insects, and other things.
If it was me, I would take pictures of it and send it to my doctor
It could be an allergy reaction to something
Were you at a park or in your yard? I do know there are a lot of chemicals. They spray on the grass and parks. And if you were at a park, people with their pets, could have parasites. Be careful
At the Mayo Clinic their portal, you could take pictures and send it to your doctor, I’ve done this a few times and it has helped to get things figured out for myself

@minnesota10 Thank you so much for your message and It wasn't a park - it was actually farmland in a rural area.

We already took her to two different doctors, but they couldn't clearly identify what it is. They just gave her an antihistamine and said it might be some kind of skin inflammation. Has anyone here experienced something similar with their child? I'd really appreciate hearing about it.

@minnesota10
I grew up on the farm with cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, and so on.
I know this is stressful for you because we don’t want our children to have to deal with anything With hives or anything else.
I guess one of those kids growing up and today I still have to be careful. Many years ago, I found a good dermatology doctor, but he has now retired
Keep an eye open and something will pop out at you
Wish the best for all of you
