@xcalak - acupuncture is also something you can find at an academic medical center, which has a medical school and a teaching hospital.

At Mayo Clinic, acupuncture is part of Integrative Medicine and also Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Other academic medical centers have acupuncture in a Complementary Medicine, Pain Management or an Oncology department.
