I have mentioned this on here before, but worth a second round. I had this monster for 14 years and what cured me was the anti-seizure medicine, Topamax which I took off-label for a persistent headache. In 2 weeks, the pelvic pain was gone. My pelvic therapist mentioned a year later that she had heard of this before. She never mentioned it to me = DAH! Oh, I still have the headache.
