I had my Foley in 6 days after the initial cystoscopy & TURBT to remove the tumor. The problem was that urinating was difficult; they had prescribed Flowmax after discussion pre-TURBT, but the RX was submitted to mail order and did not arrive prior to the Foley being removed. I obtained an emergency Flowmax RX and the difference was amazing! After the 2nd TURBT for resection, the Foley was only in for one night and I experienced no issues once it was removed. This was my experience. In all of my reading, I have no idea what a normal post Foley experience is.
