@kayraymat My dr. said take about half an hour before bed. I take 150mg. at 10pm and go to bed around 10:30....sleep through the night about 7 hours.

Do you take the 150 Trazadone with food at 10:00?
There was one night I took it as directed & still could not sleep
but that is only one night out of dozens so I think maybe I forgot
& did not take it with food.
