Anyone else dealing with
Sporotrichosis (Rose gardener’s
fungus)? It’s been difficult to
diagnose. Present medication Terbinafine

@baunch Wow, I have been hanging around here for 7 years now, and every day I learn something new! As a life-long gardener who has often grown roses, it seems I should have heard of this before today.
Here is what the CDC has to say about Sprortrichosis:

As with most fungal infections, it may take several months and trial of a few different medications to get the right treatment.
Can you tell me where it has appeared on your body?

I have been dealing with this for over a year. Eight cultures, all negative for fungal and bacterial microorganisms) are now being sent to CDC. I also have areas of the nodules diagnosed as Granulomatous
Dermatitis w Necrosis. ANA and
ANCA tests are negative.
