I have looked this up on government site and it is totally confusing. And unnecessary. I have an on-line appt with GP this week and have no idea whether Medicare and Supplemental will cover it.

@wynclute You can call the office ahead of time and request an estimate for the cost of the visit so there are no surprises. When you call, they should be able to redirect you to the billing person.
