What do you mean by overheating? I have severe lumbar stenosis and had surgery and experienced pain, weakness and numbness from low back to feet. Do you mean a nerve pain that feels like burning? Have you seen an orthopedic doctor and neurologist to get MRI and EMG/nerve conduction studies of lower limbs?
