I was loosely diagnosed about 14 years ago and have been repeatedly treated with antidepressants. Back in April I started to have a flareup. I have had months of chronic pain and burning in my legs. My blood pressure gets really low late afternoon night and mornings which comes with dizziness and fainting. Iv lost just over a stone and now I'm getting tingling in my fingers and toes.
Iv had 3 lots of blood work in as many months which are all clear. I am starting to feel a little better, blood pressure has improved but the fatigue is still hovering. Im afraid it sounds like Fibromyalgia with differing symptoms that are not as commonly connected.I hope everything eases soon

@jemmasaer80 this sounds like ME/CFS or Long Covid with POTS, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Ask your doctor about these possible diagnoses.
