This includes YOU

Just had another random thought . . . . just because some of us out there may not have a partner or spouse with a serious illness, doesn't mean that YOU aren't a caregiver. The care you seek for yourself STILL qualifies you as a care "giver".

Just thought that deserved mentioning.

As a disabled spouse who relies on the help of a kind, loving, and devoted wife, I have a role as a caretaker, too.
I do what I can around the house, but even more importantly I show my gratitude to my wife and others. I offer emotional support to those around me who need it. I try to encourage others through my YouTube channel and by participating here.
In other words, we can and should participate in caring for each other, to the best of our ability -- or disability, as the case may be.
