@ctjoe7 I took all those supplements as well as curcumin. It got worse rather than better. I did PT and OT, heat, ice, stretches. I could barely get out of bed, or turn over in bed without back pain. I dealt with this for 2 years. Eventually, I was finally declared statin intolerant. The best my cholesterol was on statins was 198. Cardiologist was so pleased and said, "Good job, I hope you are tolerating the statins ok" and I revolted. NO, I AM NOT. Proceeded to tell him how my life had changed. He listened.

It took a while for me - probably slowly over about 4 months or so. Maybe longer. Give it time.
