What causes Clicking or Popping in Throat when Swallowing?

So I brought it up because I’ve done soooo much research but I feel it gets overlooked because I’m not a Dr myself - but I have a gut feeling it is my hyoid 😕- they did a ct and x ray and saw nothing - I’ll see an ent next week - I’ll be bringing it up- any advice on what I should say or test I should do?

@findcure0921 good luck! I can't find a Dr that wants to deal with my issue! I've been diagnosed with Clicking Hyoid Syndrome, but no Dr wants to fix it!
