Has anyone tried the BPC-157 Body Protective Compound for back pain. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and a bulging disc at L5-S1. I have had one injection that didn't provide much relief.

Because there is no clinical safety or efficacy data from high-quality human trials, experts recommend caution: adverse effects from unregulated manufacturing or contamination cannot be ruled out, and the lack of regulatory oversight adds risk
Since it’s not regulated by the FDA, there is more risk.
That said, it does sound like an interesting area for research
