@maryandnans My osteopath recommended part-skim ricotta…it is not great plain….i add some low sugar lemon-lime yogurt to sweeten it—or add pesto for vegetable dips…ricotta has the highest of all dairy calcium.( There’s some info that high oxalate foods can get in the way of calcium absorption—-but eating those foods along with foods low in oxalates can help.)
