@5148branelly I also have it. My doctor said not to use cold medicine or mucinex as it dries the mucus in the lungs and ultimately makes asthma worse. My asthma is irritant and not allergic so I’m not certain if it affects you the same way. The phlegm might also be coming from the sinuses and, if so, you might try Neilmed nasal rinse (with pulmicort if your doctor approves.) most importantly, try to figure out your triggers and eliminate them.
