@dadibeho there are many options, quite confusing… personally, I opted for plant-based, organic and 3rd party tested….i started with AlgaeCalPlus (even mentioned by NIH as safe and more effective than the standard supplements)… it is quite expensive…so I used ConsumerLabs to research others (like New Chapter) that would be very similar, but more sustainable economically….there is a lot of info out there (a lot of advertising hype)—-it is worthwhile to research…. If you are uncomfortable with one, there are choices—you can find something that’s a good fit for you…some people want strontium and/or collagen..some follow McCormack and his products….some use supplements in addition to the standard OP meds…the postings here have been very helpful to me.
