@bunstuffer I am so very sorry that you are not finding relief for the pain. I personally haven't had great luck with doctors. They tend to push antidepressants on me for everything from sleep to pain and fortunately depression hasn't been too much of an issue. Anxiety, yes. I have found that it is constant experimenting and patience, which can be hard to have patience when pain and flares are prolonged. I do take a muscle relaxant only as needed when pain is too much to even sleep comfortably but otherwise Aleve as needed. Over the years, I have figured out what foods, additives, and activities tend to elicit a pain flare. Stress is a big one for me. If I can manage stress I can usually keep pain at bay. The fatigue/exhaustion/brain-fog though have been the real issue of late. I hope you can find some relief and appreciate you taking the time to comment.
